To develop a competent theoretical knowledge of DME Concepts.

To develop competent practical skills, through the application of knowledge and exercises to be able to do first-line maintenance of DME equipment.

Scope:

Theoretical – DME concepts, Practical – Familiarization of typical DME Equipment, and Practical – Analysing and assessing the understanding of DME signals, through check of beacon performance.
